Flight Delay Information

SkyJourney shows how often your flights are delayed and how severe those delays are.

What You Can See

In the delay stats card, you get:

  • Delay rate (%)
  • Number of delayed flights
  • Average delay (minutes)
  • Maximum delay (minutes)
  • Total delay time (minutes)
  • Least reliable carrier in your history
  • Most delayed flight in your history

Where to Find It

  1. Open Stats
  2. Go to the Flight Reliability section

You can also spot delayed flights in the flights list using the delayed indicator/filter.

How Delay Is Calculated

Delay is based on the difference between scheduled and revised times for your logged flights.

How to Use It

  • Compare your own reliability trends over time
  • Identify routes and carriers that cause the most delay for you
  • Add buffer time when planning connections on frequently delayed patterns

Limitations

  • Delay data depends on available schedule/revised timestamps
  • Some flights may have incomplete delay context
  • The card focuses on reliability metrics, not full operational cause breakdowns
