- Select "Edit Flight"
- Update aircraft type field
- Choose from dropdown or type manually

Aircraft Code Formats
ICAO codes (preferred):
B738= Boeing 737-800A320= Airbus A320B77W= Boeing 777-300ER
Also accepted:
- Full names: "Boeing 737-800"
- IATA codes: "73H"
- Variant details: "737-800 Winglets"
Incorrect Times
Scheduled vs. Actual
Scheduled: Planned departure/arrival Actual: What really happened
Most databases show scheduled times.
Updating Times
Departure Time
- Edit flight
- Find "Departure Time"
- Enter actual time (gate pushback)
- Select timezone if needed
- Save
Arrival Time
- Edit flight
- Find "Arrival Time"
- Enter actual time (gate arrival)
- Verify timezone
- Save
Time Format
Use 24-hour format:

Timezone Issues
- Times stored in local airport time
- Departure time = origin timezone
- Arrival time = destination timezone
- Don't convert to your home timezone
Delays and Changes
- Always use actual times flown
