Adding Flights Manually

Manual entry is best when search does not find your flight or you are logging historical trips.

Current Manual Add Flow​

The manual flow is a 3-step wizard.

1. Flight & Airline​

Required:

  • Flight number
  • Airline

Optional in this step:

  • Seat

2. Airports​

Required:

  • Departure airport
  • Arrival airport

3. Schedule​

Required:

  • Departure date/time
  • Arrival date/time

Then click Add Flight.

What Is Not Collected in Manual Wizard​

The manual wizard does not currently collect fields like:

  • Ticket price / currency
  • Loyalty points used
  • Ticket number / reservation code
  • Travel reason
  • Seat type / cabin class
  • Terminals / gates
  • Linked codes

You can add these later from the flight details dialog.

Tips​

  • Enter times in each airport's local timezone
  • Use correct airport selection for cities with multiple airports
  • Save first, then enrich details in the flight dialog
